Our Ensuite apartments are the perfect suit for students. Our groups of ensuite apartments allow you to live, socialise and study with friends in our spacious communal areas.

Each ensuite at Arndale House comes fully furnished with a sizeable double bed, comfy mattress and a desk/ study area for your focused study time. Your communal kitchen comes fully equipped with a combi-oven, ring hob, microwave, kettle and fridge with a freezer compartment. The bathroom comes as your ensuite, with a high-pressure shower.

Tenancy Lengths and prices

£125.00 per week – 52 week tenancy term.
£135.00 per week – 48 week tenancy term.
£145.00 per week – 44 week tenancy term.

holding fees

A holding fee of £95.00 is required upon booking to secure your room. This then goes towards your first months rent which will be due just before you move in.
