Each premium studio at Burgess House comes fully furnished with a sizeable double bed, comfy mattress and a desk & study area for your focused study time. Your kitchen comes fully equipped with a combi-oven, 2-ring hob and fridge with a freezer compartment. The bathroom comes as your ensuite, with a high-pressure shower.

£150 per week – 51 week tenancy term.
£157.50 per week – 44-50 week tenancy term.

holding fees

A holding fee of £95.00 is required upon booking to secure your room. This then goes towards your first months rent which will be due just before you move in.
