Chinese New Year 2023
Welcome the year of the rabbit with Chinese New Year events in your local city this month! Chinese New Year, also known as Lunar New Year or Spring Festival, is China’s most important festival. It may not be a public holiday in the UK although there are plenty of festivals and events to mark the celebration.
The Rabbit ranks fourth in the 12-year cycle of the Chinese zodiac signs. In Chinese culture, the rabbit is a tame creature representing hope and life for a long time. It is a symbol of pureness and auspiciousness.
