The safety of our customers is our main priority at Urban Evolution. In line with Government guidelines, please see below how we plan to offer the best customer service while keeping our staff and you safe.

 

  • All our staff will be healthy, we will ask if you are too. We may take your temperature upon arrival.

  • All our staff are regularly cleaning their hands upon entrance & exiting a property.

  • We practice social distancing and expect to be 2 metres apart at all times.

  • We will require you to wear a mask as well as ourselves.

  • We will use our Virtual tours so physical contact is limited

  • We will continue to communicate to you throughout, no matter what

 

Wearing a mask is vital and in line with government guidelines – we will also have gloves available.

Upon entering a property, we request you wash or sanitize your hands.

You must arrive alone for your viewing, as the government states two households, this is including the letting agent. (add imagery of hands or mask)

 

Please ensure you keep your distance, and you are always to metres apart. Please leave it up to staff to open and close any doors. Limit what you touch within the building and ensure you have sanitized. (we may ask you to do this given them already washed) (add imagery of social distancing)

 

Limited contact where possible, therefore we will ensure all documents and agreements are signed online. If you need to attend site for any reason being you cannot sign documents via online, we will arrange an appointment for yourself. Ensuring you are wearing a mask, at a distance and hands are washed.

 

We will make sure that when you visit the site, ourselves as well as you are fit and healthy and not experiences any of the covid-19 symptoms within the last 14 days. If you live with family members who have experienced symptoms, we will rearrange the appointment.

 

If you attend any viewings, with a tenant currently living there. We would ensure this tenant was also fit and healthy before attending the apartment. If they are experiencing symptoms, this can cause delays with viewings. We will not be able to attend until the isolation period is over, following government guideline.
