Moving with friends or want to meet others like you whilst studying? Our standard rooms come in a range of 4-7 beds! A large communal kitchen/living space connects to our well designed rooms. All rooms include a desk & chair, single or double bed, large wardrobe and private sink basin.

Tenancy Lengths and prices

Our Standard Rooms start from just £95 per week – Wi-Fi and utility bills included.

Holding Fees

A holding fee of £95.00 is required upon booking. This then goes towards your first months rent which will be due just before you move in.

Right to Rent

We require a proof that you have the right to rent in the UK. An example of proof of your Right to Rent may include: a British Passport (current or expired), an Irish Passport (current or expired) or a Right to Rent share code. For more information, please check the government website.

Guarantors

You will need a UK based guarantor to book a room. They need to have a good credit score and earn twice the amount of your monthly rent (we require their last 3 months’ worth of payslips in order to reference their income). Alternatively, you can also opt to pay your full rent in advance or use a guarantor service if needed.

Deposits

We offer two deposit options –

Traditional deposit – An amount of £300 to be paid upfront and registered with the DPS. These funds will be held until the end of your agreement and returned to you should there be no damages within the apartment or arrears on your account.

Reposit – A more affordable option compared to the usual deposit schemes. We will require one week’s rent (Non-Refundable). All disputes are resolved within 14 days, and you will still be liable for end of tenancy charges at the end of the tenancy. To be eligible for reposit you need to pass reference checks and an identity verification.
