We have four studio apartment types available at Minerva House. Nottingham’s luxury student accommodation. All studio flats come fully furnished, perfect for comfortable and functional living. They range in size, with our deluxe studio being the largest.
All bills come included with your rent at Minerva House, which means; free WiFi, water, electricity and content insurance. Our accommodation teams and student ambassadors will be on-site to ensure your stay is as comfortable, fun & enjoyable as possible.
Our student flats are only a 5 minute walk from Nottingham Trent University and a short bus journey from University of Nottingham.
